60-Minute Kickboxing Workout Works all Muscle Groups

Do you need an hour-long workout that exercises all of the muscle groups and is fun to do? Well, say no more!

This 60-minute kickboxing workout from Popsugar is definitely something that you should try. Fronted by Christa DiPaolo, the hour-long kickboxing workout is not for the faint-hearted. Don't be surprised if you're feeling tired afterwards and feel sore the day after. It is a strenuous of a workout, but it is incredibly rewarding.

Created by The Cut by Equinox, this 60-minute workout features a unique mix of high-intensity conditioning exercises, bodyweight strength-training moves, boxing, as well as kick-boxing. Again, it's not for the fainthearted. In fact, if you're a beginner, you might want to dial it down a notch and start by doing 30 minutes and increase the time over a 2-week period. You can modify the moves a bit so it's not as stressful.
