Don't be surprised if you're feeling tired afterwards and feel sore the day after. It is a strenuous of a workout, but it is incredibly rewarding.

Created by The Cut by Equinox, this 60-minute workout features a unique mix of high-intensity conditioning exercises, bodyweight strength-training moves, boxing, as well as kick-boxing. Again, it's not for the fainthearted. In fact, if you're a beginner, you might want to dial it down a notch and start by doing 30 minutes and increase the time over a 2-week period. You can modify the moves a bit so it's not as stressful.

So, what are you waiting for? Go change into your favorite workout clothes, grab a towel, a couple of one-pound dumbbells if you can, a liter of water, press play, and get ready to get blood pumping throughout your whole body for an entire hour.

Remember, an investment in your health and wellness is an investment worth making. The payoff is more than just sweating. After all, taking one-hour of your day a couple of days a week and you can enjoy the benefits for the rest of your life?

Do it today and your future self will be thanking you many times over. Don't forget to follow the proper form throughout. Don't forget to warm up and stretch before and after to prevent any unnecessary injuries.
