New York’s Tone House Emphasizes Team Exercises

The first time you step inside Tone House in New York, you will notice right away that it is a place people go to when they are serious about their fitness goals.  Regular clients claim that it is the toughest place to train in the Big Apple. Yet, people continue to go there for their workouts.

If you are an athlete or you want to train like one, then you should head to Tone House. The studio applies the major principles of sports training, which are agility, endurance, and strength. What makes it different from other gyms is that it emphasizes team exercises. That means you will not be alone during your workouts. There will be other people motivating you throughout the session.

First-Ever Athletic-Based Team Fitness Studio

Tone House’s goal is to create a fun and yet competitive environments that will help people achieve optimal results after each workout session. They try to attain this goal by offering group sessions supervised by athletic-based coaches.  The coaches design the workouts for groups and then later with partners. All the activities of the studio foster camaraderie and friendly competition among members of the group.

Most workout classes are so competitive that people who train together don’t get the chance to talk with each other. By emphasizing team exercises, Tone House hopes that members of each class communicate with each other more. As a result, people realize that they achieve their fitness goals faster through teamwork.

Instead of just a fitness studio, Tone House feels like a community of like-minded individuals. Team exercises provide full body training and help people meet others who share common interests with them. People improve both their physical and mental health, as they become better athletes through the group sessions in Tone House.
