EngineRM’s Training Packages

EngineRM Offers

Beginners get a free technique training clinic. They get a 15-minute hands-on training from experienced EngineRM coaches. EngineRM’s team is particular on technique. It is a requirement for all beginners to attend the free clinic.

Training circuits focus on improving stability and building the strength and endurance of the rower’s body. This is achieved through a string of bodyweight exercises and 45-minute to 1-hour endurance classes.

Training Schedules

The training clinic is open on Mondays at 6:15 pm, Fridays at 9:15 am, Saturdays and Sundays at 9:45 am.

Beginner classes are conducted every Monday at 6:30 pm, Tuesday at 6:30 am, 7:30 am and 7:00 pm. On Wednesdays, classes open at 6:00 pm, and 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm for Thursdays. On Fridays it is at 9:30 am and 10:00 am for Saturday and Sunday.

Stability, Strength and Endurance Classes are held on Mondays at 7:30 pm, Wednesdays at 7:00 pm and 11:00 am on Sundays.
