Fitness to most people is just about having a body builders build, rippling muscles and the strength of superman. However,it is more about the basic fundamentals instead of all these glamorous things and relates to our stamina and resistance level to withstand a continuous physical activity. Just having a good build and rippling muscles is not enough as fitness involves the little things like watching what you eat, the amount of rest you get as well as the required physical activity to develop various group of muscles and the maximum stamina. Fitness can be defined as providing your body with everything it requires to perform at its maximum potential.
The right diet is absolutely essential for our health and fitness. We don’t need to cut out all the calorie rich foods to lose weight. We should know that calories are needed by our body for energy and they serve as fuel for our day to day activities. We should add fiber to our diet as it promotes healthy digestion and can reduce our temptation of eating too much. Similarly green vegetables and fruits are also essential in building stamina and can prevent our bodies from the risk of various diseases.
