Be Sure You Are Aware Of All The Symptoms And Treatment Of Asthma If You Are Its Patient

One of the frightening aspects of asthma is that if any of the symptoms is left to persist for  a long time, it can prove to be fatal and deadly. Those with asthma are often found to be coughing regularly. 

They are found coughing while they are talking or even laughing. A short run can be a tormenting experience for anyone with asthma for it might lead to bouts of cough.

It is always best o avoid getting such attacks. So, it is not advised for those with asthma to indulge in heavy exercises that might lead to them wheezing and panting for breath. 

It is best to be aware of all that triggers asthmatic attacks in one and taking steps to avoid coming into contact with the allergen. All asthma patients are advised not to indulge in heavy exercises of any sort. 

In case of a bout of coughing or sneezing as a result of heavy exercise, one is supposed to resort to using an inhaler meant for the purpose.

Asthmatic patients are likely to develop some mild symptoms or they might be severe. It all depends on the individual. Certain people can't help sneezing and  coughing because of asthma throughout the day regardless of external stimulation, or there might be some amount of stimulation required for these symptoms to crop up. It differs from person to person.

Those with asthma are likely to develop a pain in the chest. They are likely to be short of breath during normal course of life or during heavy physical exercise like running. 

Children are found to be wheezing while they are breathing in or out.  An infection by a virus or any other external agent like a cold or a flu is more likely to make such attacks of asthma worse.
