I Will Beat Stress Because I Know I Can

Stress is the biggest problem that affects the whole population. It is the reason why we are sad and depressed. Sadly, we cannot have a life without it. But, we can fight. If we avoid this fight, we will lose, but in our nature is to want happiness. Luckily, every person can get the happiness she deserves. Sometimes this is harder than we believe, but it is doable. In any case, we must fight, because only then we can win.
The real question is how to fight stress. Many therapists will tell you to solve the cause of stress, and they are right. But this also means that you will beat stress in only one battle. If you want to beat it completely, you must change yourself. In order to achieve this, you must control your desires and your feelings. For example, if you have a desire for something that is almost impossible, like having a relationship with a celebrity, you will be stressed. Reasonable desires are the best.
Feelings are much harder to control, because they are deep inside us. But, this is possible as well. The first step is to choose not to be sad. Maybe it sounds impossible, but have you tried sometimes? Only when you try, you will see that you can eliminate sadness from your life if you choose not to be sad. Remember that you are the ruler of your feelings.
If you have doubt, that you cannot beat stress, you are wrong. You are a strong person, and stress is something weak inside you. So, eliminate it. Tell yourself that you can do this and you will do it.
