Jennifer Love Hewitt Reveals Her Pregnancy Workout Regimen

The beautiful Jennifer Love Hewitt is almost delivering her second baby and we can’t help but notice how beautiful the soon to be mother of two is looking even though she is pregnant and thanks to ET who sat down with the actress we now know exactly what she does so as to have such a nice beautiful body. Hewitt, who starred in popular hit show “Criminal Minds”, together with her husband Brian Hallisay, who is also an actor, currently have a baby together who was born in November 26th in 2013. 

“I think it's important to say that some skinny people who have never been pregnant also have stretch marks, so do not feel like it's just something that happens to pregnant people," she said while speaking with ET.

Physical training has also been a major reason as to why she looks so good as she revealed during the interview. 

“I've been working out five days a week,” she said. “It's a combination of boxing, swimming -- really good for swelling.”

One thing to note with physical raining is that you should always stick to your regime as Hewitt did. Once you embark on your quest don’t fall back. Also see to it that your diet is restrained, she adds. 

“The last four days I have been craving Ralph's chocolate birthday cake!” Jennifer said. “You have nine months to enjoy. Don't go crazy because it's really hard to come off afterwards, and it doesn't happen in two seconds like it looks like in Hollywood. I would say pace yourself but definitely enjoy, especially at the end. What's another five pounds when you have like a month to go? You're like, 'Whatever. It's a cake.'"
