You will feel dehydrated

When we aim to lose weight too quickly, we are mostly losing the water weight which leaves us feeling dehydrated. Our body is most comfortable when we gradually build up the stages for it to lose weight. However, when we force it drop pounds much sooner than it can handle, we put our bodies in serious jeopardy.

You will always feel too tired

Because you are not eating enough food or healthy food, you will not get the daily dose of energy required to keep you energetic. When you deprive yourself of calories, your body does not get the energy it requires to function efficiently. This is the reason you feel tired and lethargic throughout the day.
